We have been informed that maintenance work on 21CN in the Greater London area during the early hours of this morning have affected a number of customers. This is now resolved and we would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Should you still be experiencing difficulties then we would advise you to power down your router for 60 minutes before trying to reconnect.
